The Hours: Visual Arts of Contemporary Latin America The Daros-Latinamerica Collection is among the most important private collections of contemporary art in Europe, with its own museum in Zurich. For the last five years the museum has also been collecting Latin- American art, including the most influential Latin American artists of the last two decades, such as Guillermo Kuitca (Argentina), Doris Salcedo (Colombia), Marta Maria Pérez Bravo (Cuba), Vik Muniz (Brazil) and Santiago Sierra (Spain/Mexico). The show at IMMA will be the first presentation of the collection outside Switzerland and will occupy the East Wing, the courtyard and the gardens.
  
The exhibition is curated by Sebastian Lopez, former Director of GATE Foundation, Amsterdam, and one of the Curators of the Shanghai Biennale, 2004.
